Who we are

This website is operated by Muse Material Studio, which is the data controller for personal information submitted through this site. You can reach us at beatrice@musematerialstudio.com.

What information we collect

The personal information this site collects is what you choose to send through the project enquiry form:

The site has no user accounts and stores enquiry submissions in no website database. Your submission is delivered directly to our studio email inbox.

How we use it and our legal basis

We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, discuss the scope of a possible project, prepare a quote and, if you choose to proceed, deliver the work you ask about. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where relevant, performing that contract. Limited technical data may also be processed where necessary for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure and operational.

We do not sell your personal information, share it with advertisers, use it for third-party marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Service providers

Hosting and email service providers may process limited personal or technical data on our behalf where this is necessary to operate the website, keep it secure and deliver your enquiry to our inbox. They are not permitted by us to use enquiry information for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts, video and all other website assets are served from this website's own domain, so viewing the site does not intentionally load advertising, analytics or social-media tracking services.

Hosting and technical logs

Our hosting infrastructure may keep standard technical access logs, such as IP address, browser or device information and time of access, for security, troubleshooting and operational purposes.

International data transfers

We do not intentionally send enquiry information outside the European Economic Area ourselves. However, hosting or email providers may use infrastructure in other countries. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the EEA, that transfer is subject to the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law, which may include an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your enquiry, manage any resulting project and keep any records we are required to retain. Information that is no longer needed can be deleted, subject to any applicable legal or accounting requirements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. To make a request, email beatrice@musematerialstudio.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority, including the State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania where applicable.
